I'm trying to find the personal hotspot settings on my iphone, but they're not under the netweork settings.
What can I do please?

There is a workaround!Contact your carrier or have someone with an iPhone but who has Hospot on his phone to supply you with the configuration, when you put it in you will see your hotspot.
There is no work around for the carrier not supporting the feature.
They either support it or they do not.
