Weird cricket noise, fan problems?

I have had my unibody MacBook 2010 model for about two years now. I am also out of warranty because I didn't get the extended warranty. Recently though my laptop has started to make a very faint "cricket chirping" noise kind of like what you hear at night, non stop. Also, when I put the computer on any hard surface or any slight pressure on the top half of the keyboard bottom ( near the ventilation) a very loud whirring noise starts to occur. My computer works fine performance wise but I am worried about this. How can I fix it. Againg I am out of warran and I am not good with this mechanical stuff so I do not want to ruin my computer. Does apple have some kind of service for this or should I use a third party. I used fan control to check my fan and it is saying that the left fan spins at 2000 rpm and the right fan at -1 rpm. Please help me.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.5)
