Subscription calendars not pushing to devices

I understand that subscription calendars don't show up on icloud, but suddenly my subscriptions (which show that they are stored on icloud) aren't showing up on my devices (only on my mac). How do I fix this?

iOS 5.1.1, Mac, iphone.
