Sep 8, 2012 9:48 AM in response to votskyby TheAppleNinja,you can restore from a previous backup if one exists on your computer. right click the name of the device and restore from backup. if none exist check and see if you have an icloud backup. other than that yes you will lose all unbacked up info. you can always recover your purchases from iTunes by signing into the store and viewing your purchase history.
