Universal Digital Copy in iTunes didn't work.

I tried to download the Universal digital copy of Battleship. I followed all the directions and the download commenced. I observed the movie and iTunes extras were downloading. When I checked again only the iTunes extras had downloaded to the pc. I cannot re-download because the website states I already used the the authorization code.
