Open Finder, press Option key, select Go > Library, open Preferences folder, delete com.apple.desktop.plist and restart
I have already tried looking for that com.apple.desktop.plist but it is not in Preferences. I cannot find it.
Open Disk Utility, select the volume and repair permissions
The wallpaper will still not change....
First, open System Preferences > Users and Groups and create an user. Then, login in this user and check if the issue appears
Wallpaper is Stuck on Default Blue.
