anyone who has actually installed windows on their MAC Does it work well? any problems?

I am thinking about installing win 7 on my MAC. I love my MAC Hardware but hate the software and most things listed to work on MAC just doesn't do it for me. I am curious if anyone has done this and does it function properly or is it just another HEADACHE?
