Is a iPhone 4s screen compatible with the iPhone 4?
I have a iPhone 4s screen and an iPhone 4. Can it be compatible. I know 9/10 screws are the same

You are somewhat correct, the main difference is the location of the screw tabs on the mounting bracket. The CDMA iPhone 4 screen is different by at least two screw tabs, the GSM iPhone 4 screen is different by several if not many of the screw tabs. The best idea is to get iPhone 4S screen for iPhone 4S. Even experienced persons damage the CDMA Display LCD, when they cut the one side tab off, and redrill the hole location on the one corner tab. Get a iPhone 4S screen.
If you are trying to put a iPhone 4S screen on GSM iPhone 4 do not waste your time there are two many screw tabs in different places, side and corner tabs both.
