Can't Sign In to Apple Support Communities

I had to make another account just to post this in here. The Apple website won't let me log into my account. The website wants me to create an Apple Support Community username even though I already have one. And when I try to make a Username it tells me that I already have one. What's up with that?

I've tried logging in in Safari and FireFox because I know sometimes browsers do weird things. But I just got the same results.

I have this problem too. What do I do to fix it?

The account I'm using to write this post is one I created because my normal account won't log in.

I got an email that's a big confusing for me and spent the last two hours with Apple on the phone and still have not been able to resolve the multiple issues surrounding this account problem. Nothing is behaving the way the tech support people expect it to behave, so I'm not sure what if anything can be done. Joy...

the more i use apple items the more i realize there ANYTHING BUT EASY TO USE!!!

clicking Bold/underlined/itallics asks me if i want to leave the apple web page.

You need to start a New Question - at the top right of any page...

choose New > Discussion
Give it the title you suggested in this post "Trouble logging in to my new Apple ID"
then...

Tell us a Story
