Program Distribute Problem

Hi. I am using OSX Mountain Lion and Xcode 4.

I started programming a few months back and I thought I would make a simple game. I used the command-line tool to make it easy. I have made other much more simpler programs before. I have also Archived and Distributed them before. So I did exactly what I did before and Archived and Distributed it. I clicked on the Unix Executable File and the program started.

The problem is that only parts of the program work. By this I mean that the program works well enough that it runs and you can do things, but not all of the functions work. I whent bck to my Xcode project and tested it. It worked. So I Archived and Distibuted it again, but it did not work in Terminal.

Any help is apppriciated.
