evidentually there are traces of apple software on my hardrive and when I try to delete them manually ,they don't go away.. I cannot get itunes installed...

I do not want to have to format my drive and do a clean install of the OS so I can use itunes... Frustrated, just got my iphone and I cannot get apps!

I cannot installl itunes at all, it says it's interupted and exits!
