I've had my iPod Shuffle 4th generation for two months.  There is a small indicator light which no longer functions.  Though I am deaf, I am able to use the iPod through my cochlear implant.  I am not good at using the phone.  I have tried to contact technical support, but I am only given numbers to call.  Is there any way to contact support other than by phone?  I do not live near an Apple store or else I'd go in person.  OR is there a trick to getting the light to work again?
