Q: Hello Apple Support, I have been trying to reach the support from many days. I have got iphone 4 S recently and the wifi on it disconnects frequently. I tried restore backup, Swicthing on/off..But it doesnt work. Every time wifi disconnects I have to it.

Also , My iphone 4S does not work on 2G network. Is their special setting that needs to be applied?

your no talking to apple this is a user to user based forum. try going to setting> general > reset> reset network this will make your phone for get wifi password so make sure you remember those

If you have tried a restore do one as new if that has no effect
It will be a trip to your Apple retail store The genius bar staff will check it
and if faulty will replace under warranty
