AirPlay and Screen Share in AIM bug

Mountain Lion has an annoying bug: when the sound output is an AirPlay device (my Zeppelin Air) and you start a screen share session in AIM, you cannot change the sound back to the computer. Even if I put headphones on, it won't switch the output. And the only way to get it back is to unplug my Zeppelin's power and close the Messages app on both computers - then I can get it to work fine.

Anything I'm over looking?

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.3), i7 250GB

HI

This is not something I have tested.

It will be a while before I can have access to my Apple TV (well the TV it is connected to) to test this.

However it does sound like you have tried most things.

You are changing it in System Preferences as well as the app ?

HI,

I think you will need to report it here

http://www.apple.com/feedback/ichat.html

(The pages has some anomalies anyway

It lists older versions of iChat but not the Machines to run them one

It list OS versions but they don't match the version of iChat they list either)

I will also try testing later in the week (when I can get the iMac nearer to the Apple TV to use both)
