Publish for Approval Add-On

I am trying to get the add-on Publish for Approval to work with Aperture 3. http://www.macosxautomation.com/applescript/aperture/publish/index.html

I have it installed and it creates the page, which I can view fine, scroll through the pages etc. But as soon as I approve a photo and click submit I get this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, you@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I've looked in the error_log and this is what shows up:

Any ideas??
