In point 6 it tells me to go to the /library/update folder, but I don't have one, so how can I delete as it is still stalling during the installation process.
I tried the trouble shooting steps but when I get to point 6 I have no / library/update folder. I restarted the computer again and tried the software up date and it is still stalling. Any idea how to fix this problem?
