    If I understand you correctly you want to reinstall your files.  I'm not sure what your comment "last month" refers to?  It  appear to need to sync your iPhone to the computer that ontains your backup of the iPhone files by connecting your iPhone to the computer with your USB cable and entering iTunes on the computer.

    my computer is new i download itune by mistake i delete everything coz my pc is in japanese i like to reinstall in order to retrieve everything
