iTunes Store error

iTunes Store error

I try to download content from the iTunes University but get the following message: "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error has occurred (-9812). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later"

MacBook (13-inch Mid 2007), Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have iTunes version 9.2.1 (5) and Mac OS X 10.4.11
