Just reset all settings as per instructions from Optus so as to unlock phone 2 any network & now cannot access iphone at all..just says slide 4 emergency in numerous languages & shows image of USB connecting 2 iTunes (which ive done) yet nothing happens??

Resetting settings does not unlock the phone...
You need to look into actual phone unlocking to do this

Thanks for the link AnaMusic, my next problem is, i follow the instructions however my itunes cannot locate my phone, doesn't even give me the option to set up new device....hope i haven't wrecked my friends phone now - any ideas?
