1. go the the following website and download the driver.

http://mac.softpedia.com/progDownload/Samsung-CLP-365W-Driver-Download-121972.ht ml

2. Unzip it and install the driver.

3. Go to system references --> Print & Scan

4. If you already have CLP-365w added, delete it by click on the printer, and then click on the "-" sign on the bottom of the window frame.

5. If you do not have CLP-365w as your printer, click "+" to add the printer by following the instruction.

Good Luck!

Still having issues with installing this printer, have followed the instructions above and tried installing 'Printer Driver Installer' but it failes installation with the message- '

'The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance'.

Would really appreciate help from Apple or Samsung about this, but both are ignoring my questions!

Hi, i'm a Windows guy but i managed to install the drivers on my Wife's Mac OS X 10.8.

(Sorry for my english).

-Connect the printer with the USB cable

-Download the official Mac drivers from Samsung for this printer.

- Unzip the folder: PrinterDriver/MAC_Installer/InstallFiles/Printer Driver/10.6/PPD/gzipfile/Samsung CLP-360 Series.gz

- Install a new printer in the printer and scanners screen. Select the Samsung CLP-360 Series USB printer, select other for the printer software then select the "Samsung CLP-360 Series.gz" that you previously uncompressed. You get a warning that tells you to install the manufacturer's drivers. Double-click on: PrinterDriver/MAC_Installer/MAC_Printer/Printer Driver Installer.pkg

That's it!

If you need more help, i will post more information.

Dear everyone with Mac installing problems! As you will see from my previous posts I have tried everything and still my intallation failed everytime. I have now re-installed the operating system Mountain Lion, backed everything up etc, and now it connects to the printer fine!

I think it may be a corrupeted file problem somewhere on the computer.

Hope this helps people!
