There was an error storing your authorization information on this computer.

Some one please help!

All of a sudden I can't play my music i have bought off itunes. It tells me i'm not authorized to play the songs. I try and authorize my computer but it won't accept my details and gives me the message - "There was an error storing your authorization information on this computer."

No matter what i do it just won't work. That's even after making sure my apple id details are correct. This problem is persisting on itunes for Mac.

Can anybody help me get this problem fixed? Thanks!

Thanks for the message b noir - i've read through what it says and there is one problem before i progress. How do I know if I have a shared folder or not? Sorry if it sounds stupid but i'm useless when it comes to things like this!

I've gone to users like it says and all i see is my user account. Does that mean it's not a shared folder?

I'm the only one with a user account but it says i'm the admin too, does this mean i don't need to log in as an admin just as me? I wouldn't know how to log in as an admin anyway!

Thanks b noir.....it was Helpful and fixed the iTunes

I had the following Problems

1: you do not have enough access privileges for this operation

2: an unknown error occurred (-45054).

3: There was an error storing your authorization information on this computer.
