Is there any way to clear NFS locks on the server after a client crash?

I've run up against this before and have never managed to find a solution short or rebooting the NFS server machine.

Searching the web, I keep coming up with the clear_locks command (which seems to be exactly what I am looking for) but that command only pops up in Solaris literature.

Rebooting the server cannot be the only way to resolve this issue.

Any pointers would be GREATLY appreciated.

Bob.
