Congratulations on being the next victim of Apple's current SNAFU.
If you don't have a rescue email address set, then you're SoL.
If you do, then reset your info and check in there.
If not, you'll have to contact iTS, and wait for God knows how long for Apple to complete its pending investigation in this SNAFU.

Oh great. I have the same problem. My rescue email was closed down after it was hacked. I did set up another email addy, but it isn't helping me. I did get that stupid no time frame response. I guess it is their loss since I can't make iTune purchases. I guess, I will just have to go buy the music on CD.
