Can I mux .EC3 into MP4 container with QT Pro or X?

I have to mix in a Dolby Digital Plus (.EC) audio file into an MP4 container for some audio testing.

Can I do this with Quicktime Pro or X?

If not, any suggestions?

The .EC3 has to be pass through, no re-encoding.

The only tool I know that can do this Mux is the Dolby Media Generator software which is command line driven and not cheap.
