YouTube.com can't hear volume

While trying to view videos on YouTube, I can see the video but cannot hear any sound. Any idea why? I have tried both Safari and Camino. Otherwise, my sound works fine while listening to iTunes, etc.

I think I watched a video on there a week ago and it worked fine. Any ideas? Thanks.
