How to find all your saved password data on iMac?

It should be in Keychain Access. Select the "login" keychain in the "Keychains" list, then "Passwords" in the "Category" list. Then scroll through the list to find it.

Probably you selected Safari > Preferences > Passwords, but that's only web passwords.

Keychain Access->login under keychains->search for pop or type of e-mail account.

try to login into your mail account through the internet and check "forgot password" there should be some mechanism in place to reset the password. If not call your service and they can reset your password. I've never heard of a place where your email passwords are visible on a PC, Mac or phone. I use them all.

you are probably looking under system preferances when you should be opening the launcher then the "other" folder/icon and you will see the icon called keychain access.

I have a similar question but different problem.

When I have changed my passwords in chrome or safari and when prompted to 'update saved password' I say yes.

However, for most most internet logins ( iCloud, Facebook, Comcast etc) that I previously had an old password saved it doesn't seem to update.

My thought is - is there a way to update those 'saved' passwords via this keychain or whatever and not have this annoying problem?

And if so what is my navigation to there?

Have you tried deleting the old password? Keychain Access should save the new one.
