I'm think buying an apple tv tomorrow or should I wait for the 4th gen model if there's going to be one?

There is no way of predicting future Apple plans...and it is against the TOU to speculate here.
If you want it, buy it. Waiting for the next update of technology is a losing game...it will always happen.
