Q: I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions including the Hold on and off business but my click wheel still does not respond.  Is it broken? What can I do now?

I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions and restore but the ckick wheel is not responding.  I get the Apply symbol then can see the select language menu (following the restore) but can get no further. Does it need to go for repair somewhere?

iPod nano, 4th generation - 2008
