how do you cut & paste words from one document to another? Thanks

Hello Steve,
- Open the original document
- Highlight the words you want to cut (by clicking and dragging over the text)
- Go to Edit > Cut (CMD+X)
- Open the other document
- Go to Edit > Paste (CMD+V)
- Save both documents
That should work.
