iCloud mail is down AGAIN

I am NOT a happy camper, Apple - can't get email once again because iCloud Mail is down. Again.


Fix it. Get it right. When I read that it affects only a "small number" of users that means nothing. I'm ALWAYS ONE OF THOSE AFFECTED.


Sorry for the shouting - I haven't had my coffee yet.


Grrrr.

Sadly, I'm notting having the same good fortune... if I try and access my email through a web page, the message from iCloud reads: "Cannot load Mail - help Apple improve iCloud by reporting this problem". My Mail client on my MBP is still jammed with email with no content; nothing new received since 14:01 GMT yesterday ....ditto Mail on my iPhone!

Just tried sending an e-mail from several other accounts to my @me.com address. This is the error message I got.

(reason: 550 5.7.0 Blocked



Now I'm really concerned!


Not only can I not access my e-mail, but e-mails are being bounced. So does that mean e-mails people tried to e-mail me during this outage are now permanently lost?

Looks like I'm starting to get some mail. All of my old mail is gone though... completely deleted. Any mail that I have recieved in the past 36 hours since I've been without service is not showing. I really do hope that it resurfaces at some point and time. I've been expecting some very important incoming mail these past two days. Is it up and running for anyone else? Is all of your mail showing?... I would love to know. Thank you!


Just looked at my mail... looks like everything that I've received thusfar is from apple support communities updates. Where's my other mail???

Receiving mail but each time I go to a folder and return to my inbox anything that was there dissapears agian!!! I've lost all emails in my inbox... everything! Over 10,000 emails... GONE!!! Hearing blings that mail is coming in but most of it is Apple Support Communities Updates. I've always been a HUGE apple fan but this has me thinking twice about it. I wish that I could just walk away from my computer for a couple of days and return to it with everything restored... wouldn't that be lovely.

Just a thought: What business would rely on a freebie e-mail account with no uptime guarantee? ::tapping foot::


Even Google Apps doesn't guarantee 100% uptime....

Well I've had 2 normal emails coming through after 30+ hours and other than that just an endless stream of apple support forums emails even after unsubscribing... Other than that hard to say what's missing and when it will come through but at least it seem to be slowly coming back to life. AFTER 2 FRICKIN' DAYS APPLE... Seriously not cool and the information blackout just makes you look more arrogant!
