DOES MAC OS X Mountain Lion include the latest version of iMovie? (What is the latest version of iMovie?)

I'm reading a lot of comments about bugs in iLife/iMovie. What say all of you?

Mountain Lion is an OS.

iMovie is an application. Sold seperately.

actual version is v9.08, called 'iMovie11'

I read a few reports about issues, usually to be solved with correct installation and usage of app.

the other 'millions of' users don't report successful usage 😉
