"Time Machine Not Configured", but appears to be working?

The Time Machine menu in the toolbar says "Time Machine Not Configured", yet I have it fully configured in Prefs, it is "On", and when I browse the drive it appears to be doing backups. Anything I can do to fix the menu item?
