What directory and for what purpose?
They are pdf-files. I would like to view those pdf-files in my iPad. I can drag the directory of MP3 files to iTune and then sync with iPad. But, it didn't work for the directory of pdf-files.
Get an app that reads PDF's, such as iBooks or GoodReader or Readdle Docs, then use the file transfer part of iTUnes to get those files to your iPad, through iTunes. ( I have no experience with goodreader, but with ReaddleDocs you can move the files, then create folders to put them in to keep them organized)
One way is to zip the files/folder on the PC and then transfer to the GoodReader app (maybe there is also another apps too) and use the GoodReader unzipper to unzip the files/folder.
iBook can handle only one-pdf file each time. Zip and unzip the files are not smart enough. I have found the App, FileExplorer, which can transfer files as FTP-server does. Thanks you guys.
