Question, I have an Apple ID and an Apple Developers account. I now need to open an account so I can upload books to the Ibooks Store from what I'm reading dp I have to open a third Apple id for this? If so can I assign the same credit card as the other two accounts?

I now have 3 Apple id's
1. private personal
2. Apple developers id
3. ( just got one for selling books in the IBookStore)
I verified my email address and my creditcard thru Itunes and now want to log into itunes connect but when I try to do this it says
The following error(s) occurred:
This Apple ID does not have a valid credit card on file. Go to the iTunes Store to update this account with valid credit card information before trying again.
I did this and I still get that msg

Thought I had this, I used a differnt payment method and it got me to go all the way to the Itunes connect application. I filled it out and got a message that Apple will send an email to the address given and after that I can download Itunes producer
I never got the confirmation email, its been at least 24 hours.
