Q: I have a digital copy video in iTunes but it will not sync to my iPad 1

I have a digital copy video in iTunes but it will not sync to my iPad 1. Using Windows XP. Any suggestions?

Okay, but being "checked and highlighted" does not cause media to sync.

Do you manually manage the content on the device or use the sync feature as designed?

 

If manually managing the content, can you "drag and drop" the media onto the device?

 

If syncing, go to the Movies (or video) tab and select the video there, then sync.

 

Does it work now?
