Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Within folders, how can I have it list the total number of items, space remaining, etc as it did on older OS's?

When you would open a folder pre-Lion, at the bottom of the folder window it would say how many items that folder contained. If you selected some of the items in that folder, it would say "x out of y selected". I also remember seeing something on the bottom of the folder window saying how much space was remaining on the HD. Both of these features I would really like back, and it seems ridiculous that the first especially is gone to begin with.

Does anyone know how to get this back?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)
