Skype video freeze on other end; users on MacBookPro and iMac

Daughter at college.We're on an iMac running Lion; she on MacBook Pro running Lion. Using SKYPE - audio fine on both ends; she can see us via video; we can only see a frozen picture of her.

Do not have the problem when we use our iPads and SKYPE to her MB Pro.

We have the latest version of Skype.

Any ideas?

Open Console in Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when this happens.

Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partitirion & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.

If that doesn't help Reinstall the OS.
