Can't turn my iphone off

If you have Warranty or AppleCare, make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution. If no coverage, until you take it for iPhone replacement at Apple or get it repaired, use Virtual Power Button with Assistive Touch. Tap Settings App > General > Accessibility > Assitive Touch > turn it ON > tap the new white button on screen bottom > tap Device > tap Lock icon. To turn iPhone back ON, connect to Power, either Charger or USB of computer.

Try pressing the power button and the home button together for a minute

It pops up Siri. Nothing else
