For no reason that I can explain, my iCloud mail is not working?

It's an current and ongoing problem with iCloud mail, affecting a small percentage of us:

It's happening to me, too. Now two full days without email. Do we report this somewhere or what can be done?

I'm having the same problem now for 3 days!
