Why App store skips downloading mountain lion after 50Mb after I purchased it?

My connection is alright. it stops downloading when reaches 51 Mb. This lasts like two days. first, the appstore didn't charge me for the purchase, so I didn't mind. Today I was charged $20, so now it is a problem. Have anyone else faced something like this? Please, help.
