Q: I can't sync my movies to my ipod touch 1st gen
. Before you say "oh u just have to check the movies in the box" i have but when it syncs it syncs everything but my videos.
I have never had this problem before and for some reason it does not want to sync my movies onto my ipod.
I havent checked the resolution of the movies yet please provide the resolutions that work if you know them so that i may be able to resolve this issue.

Likely the format is not compatible with the iPod. See:

iTunes: Frequently asked questions about viewing and syncing videos
If necessary, use third-party program like HandBrake to convert the format.
