Loosing Exchange settings each restart of Mail

Hi community,

Each time I start Mail, settings of rules are lost. After I have set rules again and restart mail, rules are lost again.

Is there anyone who knows a workaround or hint?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1)
