Share network between program/browser

Hello experts!

I would like to know if is possible I set a specific network connection to web browser, e.g, My default network connection is "AirPort" and all my programs are using the Internet connection from this one.

But I have other connection, called iPhone USB, I might to know IF I can just set for example the program Firefox or Chrome to use the Internet from iPhone USB?
