Is there a Printopia equivalent for PC to print wirelessly to older printers?

Printopia works great to enable iPads to print to non airprint printers. Is there a Printopia equivalent for PCs to print wirelessly to older printers?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1.1

FingerPrint works just like Printopia on PC and Mac. Not an app, but installs on the computer.
