I've tried all of the options, and none of them allow me to either repair, restore, recover from back up, or even erase my main hard drive. All of the options only give me the option to do one of the fixes to one of my external drives.
My computer is a iMac with Mountain Lion Installed. Unfortunately, I can't tell you much more than that b/c I can't access the "About this Mac" function.

It appears that your internal hard disk isn't being recognized at all, as if it is not installed. If that is the case the only option is replacement.
An Apple Store perform the repair, or you can. If you elect to DIY I recommend the resources of ifixit.com as a place to start.
Thanks, John. I was affraid of that. Hopefully, if I repair I can restore my Time Machine Backup and be close to where I left off....
With a TM backup, recovery will be painless. I've done it many times (no failures, just upgrades).
