iTunes Store: How to redeem a code
Apple - iTunes - Inside iTunes - How to Redeem Free Download Codes and Gift Cards In the App Store and iTunes
Settings>Store>Your Apple ID>Payment Information and redeem the card.

Hi to redeem an iTunes card go to ITunes store and to the right there will be a tappable word that say redeem and it give instructions from there hope this helps!
