Wifi won't connect to ip 192.168.x.xxx come up with the above ip how do I fix

I just got iPhone 4s when I try to connect to wifi at home it comes up with the wrong ip address how can I change it my 4 never had this problem and the 3g on the 4s is alot slower than the 4

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1
