How do I gift an in-app purchase?
Okay, so I wanna gift an in app purchase and curious how I can do this? EX: App is free to download, but than you can purchase an upgraded version. Thanks for the help in advance....
I also wish I could do this. My daughter has a boat load of these girly games that require in app purchases. I refuse to to setup a Credit Card on her account. I even tried installing the games on my device to see if it could be gifted through the game with no success. What we do is pick up an iTunes gift card at the grocery store and add it to her account. That way she can spend it on whatever she wants. It is also a great lesson in economics for her as she quickly realized just how fast you can spend $15. She has since learned to take it easy on in app purchases.
