Having the same problem here.. what does this error mean?
it's driving me insane!
I am also experiencing the same issue as of September 12, 2012. Anytime I attempt to check for software updates, I end up with the error message:
An error has occurred
The operation couldn’t be completed.
(NSURLErrorDomain error - 1100.)
I am not sure if there is something we as users can do on our end, or if it’s a technical issue on Apple’s end with their servers.
Hey, guys! I have the same problem. In the morning everything was fine. But at 12.00 I began to receive this error.
okay ill give it a go in the morning, thanks for all the help 🙂
Having the same problem! anyone knows what to do?Thanks
LOTS of people are receiving this error (including myself). It probably has nothing to do with your computer at all but the fact that Apple's servers probably weren't prepared for the massive numbers of attemped updates. DNS fixes have been posted, but these don't work for me. Unfortunately, probably the best solution is either to wait or, if you're looking for the update to iTunes, go to: http://support.apple.com/downloads/ where you can find the latest software.
Same error for me. When 39 hours without emails nw I can access the App Store.....
