If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.

Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'

Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.

You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) - but some recent posts are saying that Apple have temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes are improved, so it may take longer.

you can always sign into your apple id and manage id, then verify via your alternate email address that you've registered it to..

OR..

you can reset/update them (security questions) by CALLING the apple support team..

don't worry, they are very polite and friendly.. =))

all u need to do is verify their questions..

BUT:-

(1) make sure you don't signed out of your apple ID;

(2) prepare you apple device’s serial number;

and also,

(3) be sure you are connected to the internet, so that u can help the speed up the "verifying" process..

it only took less than 20minutes to have my security questions reset without losing the balance in my apple ID ^__^

hope this helps.. merry christmas y'all ~.~

The only people that the security questions keep out are the actual owners of the Apple ID's, the questions are the biggest waste of time and they do nothing except provide an extra layer of security that is not needed. Furthermore apple doesn't give the option to disable the security questions and forces you to answer an uncommon or awkward question that you are most likely going to forget. And in my experiences there has never been an option to send an email to a recovery email it just wants you to call a Apple support specialist who will not do anything for you other than cause you to be confused and frusturated.

If you have a rescue email address (not an alternate email address) on your account then you will get the option to send reset info to it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

If you haven't put a rescue email address on your account then you won't get the option to end reset info to it

Depending upon what country that you are in then you might have 2-step verification as an alternative to them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570
